Today included the same daily grind except that I went with the kids to the Farmer's Market downtown and picked up some delicious fruits & veggies and the largest and most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Then we skipped over to Pier 1 and were in there far too long. My day is coming to a pleasant end. Half of the bouquet of flowers that I purchased is in a vase on my bedroom dresser. Such a sight makes my heart dance.
I envy your day of writing. I've hit a lull in my writing lately...stuggling to get back. Want to--just struggling. Thanks for the inspiration. xo
Mrs. Cassie,
I've noted lately your sweet, sweet comments and wanted to say how I look forward to them. I love the kindred connection we feel, having never even met.
My life is way too enviable right now, which comes with an element of shame..naturally. But I wrote letters to friends. I find that when I have a lull, journaling pages and pages with a glass of wine opens flood gates...and then writing intimately to people you love.
Need a pen pal?

I woke. I worked. I stretched. I baked. I smiled so much at your comment. And now I'm turning in to sleep, and dream...
jealous.
Journal-check. Favorite pen-check. Glass of wine-check. Desire-check. Inspired-check. Thank you.
A pen pal? I would most definitely enjoy a correspondence with you. :) Where should I write...
I adjusted to being home from a magical land of salt and sea. I got over a boy. I grew up a little. I talked to my boss about moving to Boston.
